Style at Home Magazine/ Christmas Feature 2014

Ho ho ho...Harking back to the 8th of August when we shot this years Christmas feature we were wearing sandals, shorts and t-shirts. It really was a beautiful warm, summers day. Since it was a Christmas feature we lit the log burner to get in the festive mood. It must have been 30c in the living room!!
 I knew when the magazine eventually came out it would be a different story... by then I would be wearing my North Face jacket and fleece lined trousers :O) Indeed it is so only 3 degrees outside today when the magazine hit the shops today the 2nd December, 2014.(January issue) Find the feature on the landing intro pages 4 &5. The owners Jayne Elliott and her partner Jonathan reside in the Vale of Glamorgan. They bought the house from a friend in 2012 and have spent the last two years putting their own stamp on it. The home is a three bedroom semi in Llantwit Major and was built in 1996. The house had the original developers decor and fixtures from when it was built almost twenty years ago. It was time for a makeover.  Jayne's style is gorgeous white and grey, layered with natural colours, textiles, faux fur and accessories. It feels light airy and cosy with the woodburner.
