Recently we conducted a drone operation 'Topping Out' ceremony with Host. Partners Group & CField Construction to launch Habito Co-Living at Guildford Plaza. Located in the heart of Guildford, Guildford Plaza is spread over 11,000 sq m, across four buildings, delivering a high-quality housing solution to serve local demand and the wider London commuter belt. The modern apartments on flexible, all-inclusive terms, with residents benefitting from numerous facilities and activities such as a gym, yoga studio, co-working spaces, and cinema rooms.
The apartments are a 5-minute walk to Guildford Town Centre and Railway Station, with London just over 30 minutes by rail.
Designed at planning by CoffeyArchitects and delivered by RUFFARCHITECTS, Guildford Plaza is a highly sustainable building targeting an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating. Habito Co-Living is to begin marketing homes at Guildford Plaza in December 2024 when the show flat will open, ahead of the building opening in June 2025.
